About Programme

Students gain advanced knowledge in leadership and business development, including team building, decision-making, and applied skills in developing and implementing strategies that drive growth. The programme trains students to inspire and lead diverse teams, manage change effectively, and foster innovation in a dynamic business environment.

The full-time Ms in Leadership and Business Development will be carried out over an 2 years period, into 4 semesters and will be structured as follows:
